Bromley Council Tax outstripping inflation by 1230%. OUTRAGEOUS!

Every year Bromley Council Tax outstrips inflation.

For 2016/17 the rise (excluding GLA precept) is 3.99%, outstripping inflation (0.3%) by 1230%.
